It's morning gym!!!
Summer training is when the fun stuff happens like doubles...
...and how about a 'flick lay' for a beam series?!?
 Ninjas just love summer training!

    I am scared to show this one to Emily. Over here she gets 6 weeks off, and I know what she would prefer to be doing :-) Have fun Beach.
