why we see the sun after it sets


 As part of our morning Today Board activities is investigate weather using Simple Weather Experiments With Everyday Materials.. It is a fun easy way to get going.






 The curve on the jar is like the Earth's atmosphere bending rays of light creating a mirage.  Bending rays are the reason we can see an image of the Sun after it has set.
